RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LIKYPRINT! This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. 30-DAY RETURN & REFUND WINDOW
We offer a 30-day policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. WHEN CAN YOU GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
We offer support under the following circumstances:
A. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items: We are committed to helping if you receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty (e.g., wrong material/size, torn/dirty product, print defects, or peeling after the first wash).
B. Wrong Size Item Received: We guarantee assistance if the product measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide.
C. Lost Items: If tracking reports a successful delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If still missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST
Our packages do not include a pre-printed return label. To start a request, please contact our support team at support@likyprint.com. Please include:
Order Details: Your order number and full name.
Proof of Purchase: A screenshot of your order confirmation.
Reason: A brief description of the issue.
Visual Evidence: Please attach a high-quality video or photo of the product (clearly displaying the label and the specific issue/defect). Note: If your order contains multiple items, please provide photos/videos of all products laid side by side on a flat surface.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES
Defective/Incorrect Items: Customers do not pay for return shipping if the error was ours.
Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
Ordering Errors: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer ordered the wrong product or size.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Method: Returns should be sent back to us by mail.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and verify your proof, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Bank Processing: Please note that it typically takes an additional 3–5 working days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Change your mind? You have a 12-hour window after purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Once 12 hours have passed, the order enters the production phase and we are unable to process further cancellations or modifications.
