ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY

At LIKYPRINT, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy below regarding order modifications and cancellations.

1. THE 12-HOUR MODIFICATION WINDOW

After placing your purchase, you have a 12-hour window to cancel or change your order (including size, color, quantity, and shipping address). Once this timeframe has passed, your order will officially enter the production phase, and we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

To request a cancellation or change, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@likyprint.com.

2. CASES WHERE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

We are unable to accept cancellation requests in the following situations:

  • Missing Quantity: If you wish to purchase additional items, please simply place a new, separate order.

  • Production Status: The order has already been produced and packaged.

  • In Transit: The order has left our facility and is currently in transit to you.

  • Late Inquiries: Cancellation or change requests submitted after the 12-hour window.

3. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

We understand that mistakes can happen when entering your shipping details. Please note our procedure for address updates:

  • Within 12 Hours: You can email us directly at support@likyprint.com to adjust the recipient’s address. We will update your order and ship it to the new address provided.

  • After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour window from the time of your successful order has passed, the order will move into production and be shipped to the address originally provided in your order.

  • Disclaimer: If you do not contact us to correct the address within the allotted time, LIKYPRINT will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the original (incorrect) address, and we will not be liable for any subsequent disputes or complaints regarding delivery.
