1. PAYMENT & ORDERING

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

What is your ordering process? The ordering process is simply 4 quick steps:

  1. Select your favorite items and add them to cart.

  2. Enter your billing and shipping information.

  3. Select the shipping method.

  4. Checkout.

2. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

What should I do if I made a mistake on my order? Immediately contact us via email at support@likyprint.com and our team will gladly resolve your concerns.

How do I change my order? Email us at support@likyprint.com and let us know what you want to change. Please note that changes can only be made within 12 hours after payment, as the order enters production shortly after.

Can I cancel my order? We can only process cancellations for items that have not yet gone into production (within 12 hours after payment). Please email us at support@likyprint.com with your order details; we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the production process has begun.

3. SHIPPING & TRACKING

Do you alert us once our order ships? Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information the moment your order ships out.

When will I get my tracking number? A tracking number typically takes 5–7 business days to be generated. You will receive an email with tracking details the moment your product is shipped. If you don’t receive the tracking info after 7 business days, please email us at support@likyprint.com.

Why has the tracking status not been updated? Tracking information may not update immediately, especially with certain carrier handovers. Please rest assured your item is on its way. If your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 days, please contact us at support@likyprint.com for assistance.

I have not received my order yet, what now? First, check your tracking info to see if it was marked as delivered. If it says delivered but you have not received it, please wait a few more days, as packages are sometimes scanned as delivered by mistake. Then, email us at support@likyprint.com regarding the whereabouts of your order, and we will update you with the current status.

What is the status of my order? Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information. If you did not receive these updates, please check your spam or promotions folder.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect? Send us an email at support@likyprint.com with photos of the product you received, and we will send out a replacement or provide a refund within the appropriate timeline.

What is your return and refund policy? Please see our full [Return & Exchange Policy](https://likyprint.com/returns-exchanges-policy/). We are committed to providing you with the best products and will gladly replace your order if:

  • The product is flawed or has poor print quality.

  • The product received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at support@likyprint.com with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds? If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@likyprint.com.
