    • Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number. (A valid phone number is mandatory as carriers require it to coordinate Signature Required deliveries for high-value items).

    • Shipping Address: Physical street address. (We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for insured, high-value shipments).

    • Customization Details: Ring size, wrist size, and engraving text (names, dates, initials).

    • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Transactions are processed by secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Information Collected Automatically: When you browse our site, we automatically collect device data (IP address, browser type, time zone) and usage data to optimize your shopping experience.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Craftsmanship & Fulfillment: To produce your jewelry according to your specifications and deliver it safely.

  • Fraud Prevention: To screen high-value orders for potential risk. We may contact you to verify your identity if a transaction is flagged.

  • Customer Support: To assist with resizing requests, warranty claims, or updates on your custom order (which typically takes 3–5 weeks).

  • Legal & Tax: To declare international shipments to customs authorities and maintain records for tax and warranty purposes.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted partners essential to our operations:

  • Logistics Carriers: Name, address, and phone number are shared with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS for safe delivery.

  • Payment Processors: To securely process your USD transactions.

  • Internal Artisans: Your customization details (size, engraving) are shared with our workshop to craft your piece.

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Favojewelry is headquartered in New York, USA. If you are visiting from the UK, Europe, Canada, or Oceania, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take appropriate technical measures to ensure your data remains protected under US laws.

5. YOUR GLOBAL PRIVACY RIGHTS

We respect your rights based on your location:

  • US (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know what we collect and right to delete your data.

  • Europe (GDPR) & UK: Right to access, erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”), and correction.

  • Canada & Oceania: Right to access and request corrections to inaccurate information.

6. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

  • Retention: We retain order records for 1 year minimum to fulfill our warranty commitments. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
