To track your order, please enter your Tracking ID in the box below and press the “Track” button.
Your Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your furniture has been inspected, packed, and handed over to our carrier (USPS, DHL, or specialized logistics partners).
Important Tracking Notes:

Activation Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email.

Furniture Handling: Due to the size and weight of our tree-shaped bookcases and floating shelves, tracking updates may occasionally pause while the package is being processed through international sorting centers or customs.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 9–15 business days. If your tracking status shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately.
