This website is operated by Favojewelry. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Favojewelry. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. PRODUCTS & CRAFTSMANSHIP (JEWELRY-SPECIFIC)

• Handcrafted Variations: Please note that fine jewelry is handcrafted. Slight variations in stone color, metal finish, or setting may occur. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Custom-Made Items: Items that are engraved, resized specifically for you, or personalized are crafted to your unique specifications. As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, these items are generally non-refundable unless a structural manufacturing defect is present.

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING & FRAUD PREVENTION

• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• Security Verification: Given the high value of fine jewelry, we may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. For high-value transactions, we reserve the right to request additional verification (such as ID or phone confirmation) before processing.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (c) to submit false or misleading information; or (d) to collect or track the personal information of others.

Favojewelry does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Favojewelry, our directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
