ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

At Favojewelry, we pride ourselves on our efficiency and precision. Because our Moissanite jewelry often involves artisanal hand-setting and complex metalwork, our production and fulfillment processes begin shortly after an order is confirmed.
1. THE 12-HOUR MODIFICATION WINDOW
You have exactly 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or make modifications to your order. This includes:

Item Details: Changes to ring size, metal type, gemstone shape, or quantity.

Shipping Information: Updates to the recipient’s name or delivery address.
After this 12-hour window, your order enters our precision crafting or secure packaging phase. Once production has commenced or a shipping label has been generated, we are strictly unable to modify or stop the order.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE
To ensure your request is processed within the eligible timeframe, please contact us immediately:

3. NON-CANCELLABLE SCENARIOS
We cannot accept cancellation or modification requests in the following cases:

Expired Window: Requests submitted after the initial 12-hour period.

In Production/Transit: Any order that has already been handcrafted, resized, or handed over to our carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Missing Quantity: If you forgot to add an item to your order, please place a new, separate order. For security reasons, we cannot manually add items to an existing transaction.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY & LIABILITY
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Correction Period: You must notify us of any address errors within the 12-hour window.

Liability: If the 12-hour period has passed, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Favojewelry is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment or suite numbers). No refunds or free replacements will be issued for customer-provided address errors.
