Favojewelry Return Policy
At Favojewelry, we want you to absolutely adore your new jewelry! We strive to deliver high-quality, unique items, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
A. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We can process a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items:

The product doesn’t match the description on our website (e.g., wrong item, incorrect material, wrong gemstone, or a different size/design than ordered).

The product arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken chain, missing stone, bent post, tarnished metal, or a malfunctioning clasp).

Wrong Size Item Received:

For sizable jewelry items (like rings or bracelets), the product’s measurements deviate by more than 0.25 inches (or 6mm) from our standard size guide measurements.

Shipping Damage:

The package or its contents were damaged during the shipping process. Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any issues, you can refuse the package with the courier or contact us within 7 days of delivery for immediate assistance.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:
To be eligible, the product must:

Show no signs of being worn or used.

Have all original tags (if applicable) still attached.

Be in its original packaging.

Be requested to be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Note for International Orders (outside the US): We extend support for defective or unwanted orders to 60 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or Personalized Items: Products that were specifically made or engraved for you.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty upon arrival.

Gift Cards.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or similar at the time of purchase.
B. Simple Return & Exchange Process
If you believe your product is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Support Team at support@favojewelry.com or reach out through our website’s contact form. Please clearly explain the issue with your product and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Provide Necessary Information: To help us quickly process your request, please include:

Your order number (to confirm your purchase).

Photos of the packaging label.

Clear photos of the items that show the damaged, wrong, or faulty part, or how they differ from the website description.

If you received the wrong size, please include photos clearly showing the actual measurements (e.g., ring size using a sizer, or chain length with a measuring tape).

For exchanges, please specify the new size/item you wish to receive.

Note: If your order included multiple items, please provide photos/videos of all relevant products laid out side-by-side on a flat surface.

Verification & Resolution: Once we receive your information and verify that your product is eligible (this typically takes up to 72 hours), we will process your request.

For Refunds: You will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

For Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item to you. You do not need to send the original item back to us unless specifically instructed. If the exchanged product has a higher price, you’ll be responsible for the additional cost.

Products returned without our prior verification or approval are not eligible for support. Please always contact us first!

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for eligible returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping: In most eligible cases (wrong, damaged, faulty items), you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. However, for returns due to customer preference or non-fitting items that are being exchanged, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
C. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, you have a 12-hour window after placing it. What to do: Please submit a cancellation request via email to support@favojewelry.com within this timeframe. Your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Important: After 12 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee order cancellation or modification as your order will likely be in production or preparing for shipment.

Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time.
