Most items on Favojewelry.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if there’s an issue. To ensure your rights are protected, please review our refund policy conditions below. If you encounter any problems, don’t hesitate to contact us here to submit your request.

When Can You Get a Refund?

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items We’re committed to helping if you receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty. This includes:
    • The product doesn’t match the description on our website (e.g., wrong item, material, or size).
    • The product received is torn, dirty, wet, or has hairy fabric.
    • The product has visible print defects (blurred or out of place).
    • Products are damaged or have peeling prints after the first wash.
    What to do: Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot support claims for these cases after 30 days from the delivery date. What we need from you:
    • Your order information to confirm your purchase.
    • Photos of the packaging label.
    • Photos of the items and the size tag/neck label (all in one frame).
    • Clear photos of the specific damaged, wrong, or faulty part that differs from the website description.
    • Note: If your order has multiple items, please provide photos/videos of all products laid side-by-side on a flat surface.
    Once we receive and verify all the necessary proof and confirm the product is eligible, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method.
  2. Wrong Size Item Received. We guarantee assistance if you receive a product that is the wrong size. This applies specifically to products with measurements that differ by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide. What to do: Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery. Claims for the wrong sizes cannot be supported after 30 days from the delivery date. What we need from you:
    • Your order information to confirm your purchase.
    • Photos of the items and the size tag/neck label (all in one frame).
    • Clear photos showing the actual measurements of the item (width, length), using a measuring tape.
    • Note: If your order has multiple items, please provide photos/videos of all products laid side-by-side on a flat surface.
    After we receive all proof and confirm the unused product’s measurements differ by over 1.5 inches from standard, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
  3. Lost Items We’re here to help if your order gets lost during shipping. Once tracking reports a delivery, we’ll send you an email confirmation. What to do: Please check your mailbox, any security cameras in your area, ask your neighbors, and contact your local post office to ensure your order isn’t being held elsewhere. If you still haven’t received your package according to the email confirmation, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately within 30 days of delivery. We cannot support claims for lost items after 30 days. What we need from you:
    • Your order information (Order code, shipping address, recipient’s full name, phone number, email address).
    • Confirmation from your local post office that you haven’t received the package.
    Once we receive all the necessary information, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Change your mind? You have a 12-hour window after making your purchase to cancel your order. What to do: Please submit a cancellation request here. Your order will be canceled, and you’ll receive your money back to the card you used for payment. Important: Once 12 hours have passed, we are unable to support order cancellation or modification requests.
