At Favojewelry, we treat every order with the same care that goes into crafting our pieces. We ship internationally to various regions including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, depending on the eligibility of each destination. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes, military addresses, or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam. All shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Our process includes two stages: processing and shipping. Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days, while custom-made jewelry requires a processing window of approximately 3–5 weeks. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing on the following business day. Once the order has been inspected, securely packaged, and handed to our carrier, transit begins. Shipping generally takes between 6 and 10 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Because jewelry is lightweight but high in value, we maintain a simple and fair shipping structure. A flat fee of $4.99 is applied to eligible regions, and any order over $120 qualifies for free shipping. Packaging is designed to protect each piece during transit: items are secured in an anti-tarnish pouch or premium jewelry box, then enclosed in protective outer packaging. Care instructions are always included, and invoices are excluded from the box to protect privacy, especially helpful when gifting.

We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos or videos of both the product and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. In the rare event of a lost package, we work directly with the carrier to investigate. If a shipment cannot be found after 20 business days, we will reship or refund your order.

Cancellations or changes to an order are possible only if processing has not yet begun. Since we prepare shipments quickly, we encourage customers to contact us within 24 hours of placing an order. Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer available. At that stage, any request will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.
