Welcome to Favojewelry, where every piece is crafted with care and delivered with precision. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your jewelry safely, ensuring your sparkling investment arrives ready to be worn and admired.
1. Shipping Area
Currently, Favojewelry offers international shipping to the following regions:

North America: United States, Canada

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
To maintain the security of our high-value shipments, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). We only deliver to standard residential or business addresses in the listed countries.
2. Carriers & Service Levels
We work with reliable, global shipping leaders to ensure every piece of jewelry reaches you securely:

USPS & FedEx: Primarily for domestic deliveries within the United States.

DHL, UPS, and Regional Partners: For international deliveries to Canada, Europe, and Oceania.
All shipments include end-to-end tracking so you can monitor your jewelry’s journey. Due to the high value of our items, a signature may be required for delivery at the discretion of Favojewelry or the carrier for added security.
3. Processing Time, Shipping Times & Costs
Our process includes two distinct stages: processing (crafting/inspection) and shipping (transit).

Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days.

Custom-made jewelry: Approximately 3–5 weeks (required for craftsmanship).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08 (PST)) begin processing the same business day.

Tracking Activated: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

4. Packaging & Ship-from Address

At Favojewelry, we prioritize the safety and privacy of your order. Each piece is:

Secured in an anti-tarnish pouch or a premium jewelry box.

Enclosed in protective, discreet outer packaging to prevent damage and theft.

Shipped with care instructions (Invoices are excluded from the box, ideal for gifting).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. If your tracking information does not update after 72 hours, please contact us at support@favojewelry.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods

Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of both the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Goods: In the rare event of a lost package, we work directly with the carrier. If a shipment cannot be located after 20 business days, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund.
7. Order Cancellation

Please request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing has begun or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Standard Returns: Accepted if the item is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Shipping: Favojewelry covers costs for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
