Welcome to Favojewelry, where every piece is crafted with care and delivered with precision. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your jewelry safely, ensuring your sparkling investment arrives ready to be worn and admired.
1. SHIPPING AREA
Favojewelry currently offers international shipping to the following regions:

North America: United States, Canada.

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Security Note: To maintain the security of our high-value shipments, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories. A physical residential or business street address is required for all deliveries.
2. CARRIERS & SERVICE LEVELS
We work with global shipping leaders to ensure every piece of jewelry reaches you securely:

Domestic (USA): FedEx & USPS.

International: DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of our Moissanite jewelry, a signature may be required upon delivery at the discretion of Favojewelry or the carrier for added security.
3. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES
Our process includes two distinct stages: processing (crafting/inspection) and shipping (transit).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day.

Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to sync with the carrier’s system.
4. DISCREET & SECURE PACKAGING

We prioritize the safety and privacy of your order. Each piece is:

Secured in a premium jewelry box or anti-tarnish pouch.

Enclosed in discreet outer packaging to prevent theft and transit damage.

Shipped with care instructions (Invoices are excluded from the box, making them perfect for gifting).
5. DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@favojewelry.com within 72 hours with photos of the product and the packaging.

Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a lost package, we work directly with the carrier. If a shipment cannot be located after 20 business days, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

12-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation or change (size, metal type, address) within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 Hours: Once your order enters our precision crafting or fulfillment phase, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy upon receipt.
